   3 Lakeside log cabins feature a two person whirlpool tub, fireplace, king-size bed and queen-size futon or sleeper sofa in

   the living area.  The cabins are heated and air conditioned w/ a full kitchen, modern bathroom, TV w/ DVD player, stereo

   system and have a private patio with wrought iron table & chairs next to a private lake.  Sleeps four each.

   2 Bluff-top Cabins

   2 Bluff-top cabins feature a large patio overlooking five private lakes with a panoramic view of Tulsa skyline.  These in-

   ground cabins are built on the lower level of the ranch shop and are nearly twice the size of our lakeside cabins. Each

   features a private master bedroom w/ queen-size bed, separate bedroom area with twin bunk beds, full kitchen w/ range-

   oven, double stainless steel sink, dishwasher and full size refrigerator, dining table w/ chairs, modern bathroom with

   tub/shower, TV w/ DVD player and stereo system.  The adjoining cabins are heated and air conditioned.  The smaller

   cabin sleeps four and the larger cabin has a king-size futon in the living area.  Sleeps six each.

   3 Indian teepees feature a chiminea for evening campfire.  Three private bathrooms are nearby w/ hot showers, modern

   toilet, sink, mini-fridge & microwave, plus charcoal grills on the lodge patio.  We provide padded cots, please bring your

   own bedding. Sleeps six each.

*Based on double occupancy w/ additional nightly charge per guest after first two guests (over age of 5 yrs).  *Minimum of 2 guests, maximum of 6 guests per cabin or tipi, no charge for kids under 5 yrs old not participating in activities.  Certain restrictions may apply to activities based on guest’s age, physical size & ability, e.g., Trail rider weight limit is 250 lbs.  Activities may be modified or cancelled without refund due to inclement weather or Acts of God.  Meadowlake Ranch, it's principals, owners and employees are not responsible for accidents, injury, theft or damage to personal property.  Guests may be required to sign a Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement before participation in activities.  Main ranch is 350 acres, plus 700 leased acres nearby used primarily for hunting.  Most activities will be on main ranch.   B&B stays and Dude Ranch pkgs must be paid in full at time of booking.  Check-in is 4 pm - 6 pm day of arrival, check-out is 11 am day of departure.  Please add $25 for up to 2 hr. early arrival or late departure.  Rates based on dbl. occ., add $10/nite/guest after first two guests.
