    Lakeside log cabins feature a two person whirlpool tub, fireplace, king-size bed and

    queen-size futon or sleeper sofa in the living area.  They are heated and air conditioned

    w/ a full kitchen, modern bathroom, TV w/ DVD player, stereo system and have a

    private patio with wrought iron table & chairs next to a private lake.  Sleeps four.
 
    Bluff-top cabin features a two person hot tub on the patio overlooking five private lakes

    and panoramic view of Tulsa skyline.   It's built on the lower level of our ranch shop

    and though it's not as fancy as our lakeside cabins, it's very nice and nearly twice the

    size.  It features a master bedroom w/ queen-size bed, twin bunk beds in an open

    bedroom area, and a king-size futon in the living area.  It's heated and air conditioned

    w/ a full kitchen, dining table w/ six chairs, modern bathroom, TV w/ DVD player and

    stereo system.  Sleeps six .
  

    Indian teepees feature a chiminea for evening campfire.  Three private bathrooms are

    nearby w/ hot showers, modern toilet, sink, mini-fridge & microwave, plus charcoal

    grills on the lodge patio (We provide padded cots, please bring your own bedding).  Sleeps six.

Dude Ranch includes meals, lodging and activities.  Activities are suitable for old codgers and young’uns alike and may include fishing, hiking, canoeing, swimming, horseback riding, tomahawk lessons, straw calf roping lessons, bow & arrow shooting, horseshoes, rifle and pistol shooting, a hayride and an evening campfire all for one low price.*

*Check-in / Check-out - Check-in is 4 pm day of arrival... Check-out is 11 am on day of departure.  Please add $25 for early arrival or late departure.

*Cancellation or Postponement - If you must cancel your reservation (whether pre-paid or regular rate) for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund of amount paid if cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.  Sorry, no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date. 

*Activities - Certain restrictions may apply to activities based on guest’s age, physical size & ability, e.g., Trail rider weight limit is 250 lbs.  Activities may be modified or cancelled due to inclement weather or Acts of God without refund.  Not responsible for accidents, injury, theft or damage to personal property.  Guests are required to sign a Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement before participation in activities.  Main ranch is 350 acres, plus 700 leased acres nearby used primarily for hunting.  Except for hunting, most activities will be on main ranch.
