Trail Rides

Meadowlake Ranch has gentle well trained horses, open prairie pastures, wooded trails, lakeside trails, water crossings and ranch roads for your riding pleasure.  We are located just 15 minutes west of downtown Tulsa and we would love for you to come ride our awesome trails with us.

Trail rides are reserved for experienced riders only.  This means that all riders must attend and pass our Basic Horse Safety Class and be approved by our wrangler prior to riding trails.  After completing your Basic Horse Safety Class you may choose to book a short Trail Ride following your class or come back for a longer ride on another day.

Riders 12 & under may be required to ride double behind our wrangler or an experienced (having taken our pre-trail class) rider.  Riders must meet physical and mental requirements including strength, agility, temperament and maximum body weight of 250 lbs.  Other restrictions may apply.

Trail Rides are available by reservation, and the horses’ preferred start times are between 9 am – 11 am. Trail Rides are reserved for our more experienced (having taken our pre-trail class) riders.  We offer round pen and arena riding for less experienced riders who need some extra coaching and want to brush up on riding skills.

Rides are $60 /adult & $50 /child 12 & under.  Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times (sorry no drop-offs).

Ride is appx. 2 hrs, including the time it takes to tack & untack your horse.  Minimum two Riders /trail ride.
